Welcome. Reaching out to a psychologist or a therapist can be a difficult step, and for some, it may be the hardest part of your journey in search of some peace of mind for yourself or someone close to you.
Therapy is a way to help sort out difficulties in your life in a safe, non-judgmental environment. In addition to providing this environment, I am empathic and I will support you in finding meaning and understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing. I am committed to helping you learn and grow from these issues, and helping you to be the best that you can be.
I treat individuals and families, adults, adolescents (teens) and children.
I also provide mental health consulting for daycare centers and childcare facilities.
